Job Description:
Technical Skills:
- Candidate should have worked in Production Functions with exposure to Labour Handling, Shop Floor Planning, and achieving production targets as per plan.
- Good knowledge of Fabrication Processes.
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings correctly.
- Good interpersonal skills to handle shift operations in the production shop.
- Exposure in assembly of fabricated components is desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Systematic and methodical working approach.
- Experience in dealing with labours.
- Knowledge of KANBAN System and 5S Practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to SAP will be preferred.
Administrative Skills:
- Ability to guide and supervise contract labour to achieve maximum productivity without compromising Quality and Safety.
- Motivate workmen to adopt safe work practices.
- Candidates should be ready to work in shift operations.
