- Qualification :  B.Com ,BBA/BBM ,B.Sc Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, B.A – Material Management
- Academics:Â Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4th Semester in the under-graduation.
- Mode of Study:Â Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Back-Logs / Arrears:Â No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
- Age:Â Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
- Nationality:Â Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
- Medical Fitness:Â Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer. Company reserves the right to alter the requirements / branches eligible & eligibility criteria.
- Training period :Â 12 months on the job training from the date of joining
