Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Diploma holders with relevant manufacturing experience may also apply.
- Candidates with experience in Solar Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Engineer: 1-5 Years
- Sr. Engineer: 3-8 Years
- Assistant Manager: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate procurement and purchase operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain safety and operational efficiency.
