Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, Ceramics, Plastic, Robotics & Automation, or Metallurgy Engineering
- Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Required Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of technical and science concepts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and follow plant discipline.
- Physically fit to work in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and equipment as per supervisor instructions.
- Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support process monitoring, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S practices).
- Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions to learn production processes and systems.
- Report equipment issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns immediately.
- Support the production team in daily operations and shift handover.
